Refund Policy

PT Trent John Coaching provides consulting and coaching services. As such, refunds are not available for services already commenced or delivered.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The client cancels before the program start date.
An internal review confirms that no service delivery or digital access has occurred.

Refund Process

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method.
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Once the coaching program has begun, refunds are not available for changes of mind, scheduling issues, or non-participation.
